Química bioortogonal y la reacción SPAAC
Abstract
La bioconjugación es una técnica empleada para monitorear eventos celulares mediante la modificación química de biomoléculas. Esta modificación no debe interferir con los procesos que ocurren dentro de la célula, es decir, debe ser bioortogonal. Una de las reacciones químicas que ha emergido para la bioconjugación es la reacción click entre azidas y ciclooctinos para producir un triazol. El uso de esta reacción ha permitido el estudio de procesos bioquímicos in vivo mediante técnicas de microscopía.
