The world through a sheet of light: Lightsheet microscopy
Keywords:
Microscopy, lightsheet, biomedicineAbstract
Human curiosity has always driven us to learn more about the world around us, particularly about what lies beyond our vision. Observing the microscopic world has always been of great interest to us. This led to the creation of a remarkable tool known as the microscope, which over time has evolved, acquiring countless applications. Among the most advanced microscopes today is the light-sheet microscope, an invaluable tool in the field of biomedicine, which will be discussed in greater detail in this work.
